I want the Club to be a trusted point of contact for the decisions that make Portugal feel like home — starting with life in Cascais. [Begin with what matters](https://settlers.club/about/boris-karulin/#conversation) ## What my role is To understand what you are trying to build, help organise the questions and research, and discuss a suitable specialist introduction when it would be useful. The relationship should retain its context when your next need is different from your first. I do not present myself or the Club as a licensed real-estate agency, lawyer, tax adviser or school admissions service. Professional decisions and regulated work stay with appropriately qualified independent specialists. ## Begin with what matters You can write in English or Russian. Share the outline of your plan, timing and the questions you would most like to resolve. We can agree the next step and the information needed for it together. WhatsApp and Telegram are direct ways to begin. A conversation does not automatically enrol you in a paid membership, transfer your information to a partner or create a professional advisory relationship. Chat with us ## Tell us what you have in mind. A home, a move, or something you are still working out. Tell us what matters to you and we will help you find the next step. We are not an estate agency; independent licensed professionals handle property transactions. We may receive a partner-paid referral fee after a completed purchase and explain that arrangement before an introduction.
