The wider Club concept includes automobiles, home and design, makers, yachts and personal interests. Please distinguish services you deliver yourself from those you would refer elsewhere. - Your specialist field, geographic coverage and capacity for personal handling. - The professional registration, licence or qualification required for your work. - How you manage conflicts, privacy, communication and an unsuitable introduction. - Who will take personal responsibility for a member’s request. - How any referral fee would be documented and disclosed to the member. ## A clear division of responsibility The member controls the introduction and the information shared. Settlers Club preserves the wider relationship and context; the independent professional is responsible for their own regulated services, advice and contracts. There is no automatic broadcast, purchased lead list or guarantee of referral volume. No partner name is published as part of the network without a separate agreement.
