The east-facing living room opens onto a small balcony with views over the town and sea. The separate kitchen has been renovated and equipped. The sleeping rooms sit apart from the shared living spaces: a west-facing main suite with its own sea-view balcony, plus two bedrooms and another bathroom. Residents share a rooftop pool and gym, with building security. There is also a storage room.

Portuguese layouts use T3 for three bedrooms and T3+1 for three bedrooms plus an additional room. We will look at the actual floor plan with you.
