A feel for the home
The living room opens to the pool terrace, while the kitchen remains a separate, fully equipped room. A ground-floor room can serve as a bedroom or office, with a shower room alongside it. Upstairs, the main suite includes a walk-in wardrobe and south-facing balcony. Two further suites also have balconies. The lower floor holds a two-car garage.

Portuguese layouts use T3 for three bedrooms and T3+1 for three bedrooms plus an additional room. We will look at the actual floor plan with you.
